- No Excessive Self-Promotion – One relevant backlink to your site/profile is allowed; avoid overly promotional or spammy content.
- Fact-Checking – Ensure all facts, statistics, and claims are accurate and, where possible, backed by credible sources.

- Include a short author bio (2–3 sentences) and a headshot or avatar (optional).
- Our editorial team will review your submission and respond within 5–7 business days.
